Through the successful execution of one the complex Digitisation projects in Australia, our people have gained unique experience and insights on the challenges of abstracting Network Services and exposing them as standardised and reusable APIs.
This experience includes the design and architecture of End to End solution, integration with a variety of 3rd party platforms and the implementation of it all in a large scale environment.
APIs represent the new ways of connectivity, automation and integration while abstracting complexity and know-how from other systems and team. APIs promote the move of Networks systems from non-reuse, complex and spaghetti architecture to a cleaner and more elegant architecture that is easier to operate and maintain.
As part of this project we pioneered the transformation with start-up mindset and Agile delivery, while learning each Network service details and guiding staff through the transformation path.
